Mutamer

Rawdah permits, handled by software

Mutamer connects to your Nusuk account, sets up every pilgrim automatically, and checks Rawdah availability every minute — booking the moment a slot opens inside the dates you set, at any hour.

Nothing is charged unless a permit is actually issued

Who it is for

For agencies
You manage groups

Import a group from Nusuk once and the platform takes the rest: creating the accounts, watching for slots, booking, and sending each pilgrim their entry code. One screen shows who is booked and who is still waiting.

For individuals
You need one permit

Enter your passport details and your dates, and we watch on your behalf. You pay only once a permit has actually been issued, and the entry code reaches you by email or WhatsApp before the visit.

How it works

Four steps, three of which ask nothing of you.

01

Connect Nusuk

Once, with your agency’s Masar account.

02

Import the group

A Nusuk account is created for every pilgrim automatically, verification code included.

03

We watch every minute

Availability is checked every minute, and a slot inside the pilgrim’s dates is booked the instant it opens.

04

The permit arrives

We confirm the visit and send the entry code about two hours ahead, in Arabic or English.

What it takes off your hands

Nusuk accounts, automatically

Forty pilgrims means forty registrations and forty verification codes. All of it happens without data entry.

Checked every minute

Women’s availability usually appears only when someone cancels, and is gone within a minute. It cannot be caught by hand.

The rules, handled

One permit per pilgrim per 365 days, and pilgrims who already hold one — worked out before they cost you an attempt.

Confirmation and QR

Every permit is followed to its entry code, then sent to the pilgrim by email and WhatsApp.

Paid on results

Agencies buy credits up front and are debited only when a permit is issued. Individuals pay per permit, after it exists. A search that finds no slot costs nothing.

Try it on one group

No commitment: import a single group, and pay nothing unless real permits come out of it.
