Automatic reading (OCR)
Upload the image and the fields are extracted from it, machine-readable zone included, with check digits to the ICAO 9303 standard. Upload a whole group at once and type nothing.
Automatic review
Recorded details are compared against the passport field by field. A full match is confirmed for you; a single differing field is put in front of you with the image and the entered value, and you decide.

Passwords and session keys are stored encrypted and are never shown on any screen.

How accurate is the passport reading?
The extracted fields are shown to you before anything is confirmed, along with the machine-readable zone and its check digits. Because automatic reading is never infallible, the review then compares what was read against what is on record and stops every difference at a human.
What do you need from me to start?
Organisations connect their portal account once; individuals upload a passport image and enter the dates that suit them. Credentials are stored encrypted and used only to carry out your own work.
Will the platform confirm reviews without telling me?
Automatic confirmation applies only where every field matched. One differing field means the case is put in front of you and is confirmed only when you say so.
Do you guarantee every case succeeds?
No. Some outcomes are not ours to decide and can take days. What we guarantee is that everything automatable happens at once and without data entry — which is why nothing is charged unless it succeeds.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes — there is no contract and no commitment. Stop adding work whenever you like; the refund policy covers what happens to unused credit.
