Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-11
This policy explains what we collect when you use Mutamer, why we collect it, and who we share it with. The platform serves Umrah agencies and individual pilgrims booking a Rawdah visit through the Nusuk platform.
What we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and a password stored in a form we cannot read.
Pilgrim details entered by an agency or by the pilgrim: name in Arabic and English, passport number, visa or border number, nationality, gender, and the passport and document images Nusuk requires.
Contact details for the pilgrim (email or WhatsApp number) so we can send booking updates and the entry QR code.
Technical records: logs of the requests we make to Nusuk, when they were made, and what came back — kept to diagnose failures.
Why we collect it
To provide the service itself: managing Umrah groups on Nusuk, creating pilgrim accounts, and watching for a slot until a Rawdah permit is issued.
We do not use pilgrim data for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Sharing with Nusuk
The platform acts on your behalf towards Nusuk, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah platform. The details needed to complete a booking — passport, visa and documents — are sent to Nusuk, because the service cannot be delivered without them.
We create a Nusuk account for each pilgrim using an address on our own domain, and keep that account’s credentials encrypted so we can book and follow up on their behalf.
Payments
Payments are processed by Kashier. Card details are entered with the provider directly — we never see or store them.
We keep only the record of the transaction: amount, currency, reference and status.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept while you use the service and for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.
When an account is deleted, the pilgrim data attached to it is deleted with it; financial records are retained for the period the law requires.
Security
Passwords and Nusuk account credentials are stored encrypted, and all traffic to the platform is over HTTPS.
Access to customer data is limited to those who need it to run the service.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the support address below.
Some data cannot be deleted while a booking is still open, because it is needed to complete it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page.
